"Although some have mentioned the bows are not exact match, who cares! You really have to study them to notice any differences, who is going to do that & why(?) Anyway, they are so dang cute & comfortable, I get tons of compliments, the biggest compliment came from my husband who rarely comments on my shoes, he’s also an architect which reiterates the fact that the bows do not need to be perfect. I have degenerative disc disease, sciatica- these are extremely comfortable & I wore them out of the box all day long & I’m back for more colors."

"The soles have a nice cush. I appreciate they are closed toe to be slightly warmer and not have to do your nails. I often wear mine with nude tights socks."

Baretraps acknowledged visibly defective product

"Total disappointment. The first pair came with bows/knots in the front of the shoes that did not match. Shoes with visible defect should not leave the warehouse. Baretraps provided a return label. I purchased a second pair. The second pair arrived with the same visibly different bow/knot in the front. I provided the company with the photographs. Baretraps acknowledged that the shoes indeed had a manufacturing defect. However, Baretraps has refused to provide a shipping label and forced me to incur the cost of returning the defective product. My emails have been ignored."
